What is music therapy?


Music therapy is a research-based healthcare profession that uses music to support individual goals related to emotional, cognitive, physical, and social health.

Who can benefit from music therapy?


People of all ages can benefit from music therapy. We work with individuals with developmental differences, dementia, mental health needs, trauma recovery, and more.

Do I need musical experience?


Not at all. Music therapy is about connection and growth, not performance.

Do you take insurance?


Currently, we do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide documentation for families seeking reimbursement or using funds through community or state programs. Each service can vary, we will contact you after submitting an assessment to discuss pricing.

How long until we see progress?


Every individual is unique. Some notice changes after just a few sessions, while others benefit most from ongoing support over time.

At what age can my child start music lessons?

For music lessons, it is best that the child or adult be able to read so that they are able to read music notes. 

Can adults take music lessons?

Yes! You are never too old to learn a new skill.
